Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
The Unusual Pet Vets – Ferntree Gully has received a mix of feedback, mostly positive, for its care and expertise in treating small animals, particularly rabbits. Many pet owners commend the clinic for its professional staff, like Dr Zoe and Dr Sharon, who show genuine care and empathy. The clinic is praised for its knowledgeable approach and follow-up care, making pet parents feel confident and supported. There's a special mention for Evana, the manager, for her exceptional service and human touch. However, a few concerns have been raised about pricing and communication regarding the effectiveness of vaccinations. Despite this, the clinic seems to have a strong reputation for its dedication to pet care, making it a recommended choice for exotic pet owners in the area.

I just want to personally thank the team at the Rabbit clinic who cared for and helped Ginella with her teeth and bringing her back to life. It was touch and go for a little while. The were very responsive and professional when dealing with my sick Rabbit Ginella. In particular Sharn who cared for her around the clock until she was better. I would definitely advise all rabbit owners to take your little furry friends to visit the clinic knowing you will seek good care and professional help.
Once again I thank you for the tremendous help and support for my little Ginella
