The only place that seems to carry Bil Jac dog food. Which from what I’ve gathered off the internet is the one of the very few dog food brands that have been around for awhile without having any major recalls.

Super nice, friendly staff. When what I was there to get was out on the lower shelf, they had no problem getting their rolling ladder and climbing up to get it off the top shelf where the surplus stock is stored. I am grateful and my dogs are, too! Thank you PetSmart!

My wife went to Pet Smart in Springfield MO to purchase 3 small goldfish. The clerk refused to make the sale saying the tank (10gallon) was too small and she wouldn’t discuss or offer any rationale. She just walked away. The clerk wore no name tag for identification but the nose ring on the sales floor surely made an impression.

Bought what was supposed to be 25 Large super worms for my bearded dragon. Got home and dumped them out on a paper plate to sift through all the saw dust. Only 18 worms and definitely not all are Large. What a RIPOFF!! Big box stores at their finest taking advantage of the customer!! I will be giving my money to Pet Supply Plus from now on. Staff is nicer over there also. PetSmart should be ashamed.

There was no one to help me. The dog toys are limited especially for harder ones that most strong jawed dogs need. I really needed a harness and there was no one to help fit him.
