Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
The general consensus among customers is that Petbarn Casula offers a great range of quality products, and the staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. From fish to reptiles, dogs to cats, they have a multitude of products to cater to all your pet's needs. Customers rave about the excellent customer service, particularly praising an employee named Adam for his detailed advice and patience. They also appreciate the store's additional services, such as free fish tank water testing. While a few customers have mentioned longer wait times and pricing concerns, this has often been offset by the value they receive from the good discounts and bonus services such as free dog washes. Despite a single issue with fish health, Petbarn Casula is generally loved by pets and their owners alike.

Is located at the cross roads shopping centre with plenty of parking and appears to be quite wheelchair accessible. There’s a dog wash close to the entrance. Sometimes there are kittens to adopt! Quite a large store with an extensive collection for dogs, cats, birds, fish and reptile friends.

Generally very friendly and helpful staff. The one that we always look forward to see is called Jessica who greets all with beautiful big smile all the time. She is so helpful and sweet that my kids love to come and see and learn from and get excited to look after our puppies and follow her support and recommendations. Truely a beautiful person that is so worthy of every compliment. She makes you happy just talking with her. So thanks to all the staff at the Casula store and special ones to Jessica.
