Dined for lunch in the dog friendly beer garden with our dog. We shared the beef brisket sliders, pork belly baos, pork dumplings, prawn spring rolls, edamame & fries with red curry aioli. All the food was tasty. I also had 2 lychee martinis which were good also. Service friendly.

Just tried to place a food order at 9.03pm and the kitchen closed at 9pm with no warning from staff. Only half our table were able to order dinner. Staff not accommodating. Disappointing.

I had my 21st here, roughly 40ppl in the Cafe space. it was perfect. cheese board was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food.

Overall experience at The National Hotel was amazing! I organised a surprise birthday lunch and it was very easy to organise from start to finish. The events coordinator (Sasha) was very efficient and clear with communications and was very accomodating of our requests. The function package itself was very reasonable and this venue is one of the few venues that allows you to have a cash bar rather than mandating a tab or drinks package. I also loved the additional extras in the function package! Provides some great ideas to make your event special. The quality of the food was incredible. Everyone at our event was raving about the pork belly and lamb shoulder!

Walked in as the bartender was popping balloons to the beat of Britney Spears’ Toxic and spirts on the shelf vibrate to the beat of the music. 5/7 would recommend.
