Alana at reception was also really friendly and even called a few days later to check up on our dog and offer a complimentary follow up after 2 weeks if required.
Great service and well priced too! Won’t be going anywhere else.

Unfortunately Dr Winters was the most condescending veterinarian I have ever met and I won’t be going back. He made me feel truely awful about my cat, who I love very much. She has some chin acne issues she’s had since puberty, I do my best to clean it for her, she’s very clean otherwise. He just made all the assumptions that I use plastic bowls and that I don’t clean her bowls, which in fact I do and use stainless steel, so I already knew that wasn’t the cause. After this he was giving me some advice on cleaning her chin, which I have no complaints about, good information. He was saying how a sponge is good, so I told him I use a soft toothbrush and his response almost made me cry “oh, oh, so you are involved than?” , horribly unprofessional and belittling.
My cat and I are recovering from homelessness, I spent hundreds of dollars just to keep her comfortable in a cattery while I lived in a tent, I was not able to care for her the way I normally would’ve and we’re still getting there, I’ve been doing my best to take my time with her to not rush her straight back into invasive things.
I had to change to cheaper flea control brands for a little while due to the homelessness, and felt insulted because I didn’t remember what the name of it was and making the sly assumption that I didn’t give her any at all. Because it’s not the usual, I didn’t remember, I find it hard enough because I also have autism and social situations and very difficult for me.
Don’t treat owners like trash because of assumptions you don’t know to be true, my cat has a water fountain, she sleeps with me every night, she loves me because I do take care of her. I am so blessed to still have her in my live.

My go to vet clinic for my guinea pigs even if it’s an extra ling drive. Dr Rachael Kurtz was wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and so helpful. My guinea pig had a massive tumour removed the other day and everything went well and according to plan. The reception team is always so friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thankyou again for your great service!
