I started taking my bonded-sister pair to the El Con PetSmart grooming salon when we adopted them, almost 8 years ago. I have always been satisfied but in the past few years that has grown to delighted and loyal. The staff is warm and friendly, and really cares about the dogs and their comfort. The girls always look great, but more importantly to me, they are happy to go there.

Clean, open isles are always well stocked and neat. The staff is courteous and friendly. Pet grooming and obedience classes are available. They can help your pet from jumping on people and other bad behaviors. Very affordable and easy to shop.

Staff seemed friendly and had a good knowledge of the store layout. I had only a few simple questions – can my daughter hold one of your guinea pigs, how much are they, etc., the reason I only gave 3 stars is because I had very clearly explained that we would not be taking any animals home that day.. that I just wanted to see how my daughter handled the animal and would need a little time to speak further with my husband and her regarding the responsibility. Well, I basically had to lie in order for her to hold one for 2 minutes because apparently, unless you commit to purchase THAT DAY.. you aren’t worth their time and they couldn’t care less about wanting to make sure you make the right choice for your family and a potential pet.
