First and last time coming to this location.
Helpful ReviewWas looking specifically for a specific Beta fish and did not find any. When I asked the lady in the front if they had any others in the back (like their sahuarita location) she looked lost and confused. When I asked her about a return policy, she was clueless and directed me to another employee. They were not able to make a return from another pet smart location. Which is absurd. Their customer service is not good and they know nothing about their store/policies.

I will say, out of all the local petsmarts, this one seems to keep the adoption spaces for really clean and tidy. Staff is pretty friendly and attentive as well.

It is impossible to believe that there are no public restrooms. I have a family mener who need to use the bathroom frequently and this was not available. After an hour of shopping we where forced to leave a in order to find accommodation. Is this now a third world country. Unbelievable! No acomodation if you have a disability!

I called at 3:03p.m. September 5th 2023. I got a woman on the phone and she continuously cut me off while explaining my dog had gotten ringworm. She insisted on me going to the vet(which she would’ve known I already have if she’d not cut me off), then when I tried to tell her I was looking for a lime sulfur dip or spray, I was halfway through my sentence and she hung up on me. I feel it was very uncalled for, I was not being rude and was trying to be very polite, so there was no reason for her to act this way. I’ve been going to this store for 2yrs and I will never give them my business again after being treated so poorly by a woman who obviously doesn’t like her job.

I give 1 star because the fact of buying stuff there, but the service today was horrible… looked all the way around the store for some one to help me out whit questions, didnt found no one, walked to cashier, there was a guy whit horrible customer skills and a girl whit colores hair that told me, she was gonna go help me and instead. She did different stuff around the store. I decide to just get any dog food and procede to cashier, on my way out, this girl whit the colores hair try to excuse her self on my way out and the kid at the cash register was just a smart talk kid… horrible experience, and they wanna say they have profesional services. Gees,now this days they sell the look but not the services. The excuse of the kid was, you know how the sistem is now this days….

One of the employees working at the vet side of Pet Smart gave me a very unpleasant smile, looked very fake, and was inappropriate. It felt like she was discriminating towards me. I was trying to take my dog to get his shots and a check up. Didn’t feel welcomed there, especially by her. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
